Minor inconveniences making me want to ctb

Anyone else having even minor inconveniences make them want to ctb? I'm having some issues with my laptop rn (I accidentally deleted essential folders and files when I was clearing out storage), and now the terminal doesn't run correctly. I logged onto my old laptop only to encounter the same problem in terminal. I don't know how this could have happened unless they were connected somehow via iCloud (and I swear they weren't).

I know I can just buy a new laptop or make my mom get me a new one, but I feel so defeated and down over this. I even erased my whole hard drive and reinstalled MacOS thinking it would fix the problem, but it didn't, and now I even have the same problem on my old laptop. Like wtf? This is adding to my suicidal ideation. Is it foolish to ctb over this? I know this is a small problem and it doesn't matter in the bigger scheme of things but still…

Same. At any slightest setback, I want CTB. But there are also other reasons unrelated to me and much more serious. For example, the disgusting and cruel structure of human life or the universe as a whole.
