• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

The last thing that i can do to fix my ass is mindfulness, but i just dont get it. like it doesnt work the way its supposed to, i do not get relief, infact it makes everything so much more stressful and it stops me from breathing naturally. like for some reason its considered a catch all for psy diseases, when in reality i kinda doubt it works. i mean its more like a glamourised prayer, but instead of praying to an omnipotent god, you pray to yourself? idk has anyone found any mindfulness techniques even close to okay?

I haven't even tried it. I know I want to CTB. The ONLY reason I'm still here is cuz of family.
Maybe it can work for others, I don't know.

It's more about being as aware as you could possibly be. Feeling every touch and sensation, that to me, is mindfulness. You're practicing being in the present moment like that.

I always like doing it with my pets since I'm reminded of how instinctual they are, without any thought. So I often stroke them in complete instinct like a toddler. It gives me a feeling, a burst of novelty. The effect usually carries on for a few minutes after, it helps, but it's not going to save me from killing myself.

I mainly think of it as a tool sometimes to refresh my mind or enhance my focus when I'm in a rush to finish something.
