• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

The SN method is looking harder and harder to obtain, all easily accessible methods are painful, violent, etc.

Thinking I might just start restricting until I inevitably starve to death. Two pros to this: I'll hopefully get skinny AND I'll be put to sleep. Sounds good to me!

The real hurdle is overcoming hunger and my lack of self control around junk food.

If you think dying from starvation is easy, it's not. It can take up to a month to die, and it will be tortured and painful.

Fentanyl seems to be the most accessible drug that can get the job done with minimal pain.
It's easy to overdose on and it will probably be my own method if It gets to that point one day.
Starving is quite painful. You'd be wise to listen to the accounts of people who have done it and lived to talk about it.
I'd personally sooner die of over-eating than starvation.

Starvation is long and painful. When they let old people do VSED, they dope them up with benzos and opioids because it sucks so much.

I don't think it's easy, but as someone who's struggled with disordered eating and nearly died from it before, it's a comforting thought. To just get smaller and smaller until eventually my body gives out. It might not make sense to you that I feel that'd be easier than other methods for me, but being suicidal in itself can often not make sense. 🤷‍♀️

I have some Fentanyl RC Powder from 2019 how too Take IT?
You can add it to water or food. You can rub it on your skin.
It's super effective. I'm not sure about exp dates though. 2019 might have caused it to lose so potency.

Not true at all, articles I've seen and others peoples experiences say it's not painful at all to starve while still drinking water and salt or electrolytes. Also it would take most people longer than a month.

I'd also like to point out that the brain without glucose operates fundamentally differently than the brain with glucose.

Predicting how you will behave using your current brain is unreliable as restricting glucose puts you into a survival state where decision making is unlike any way you currently make decisions. You might as well be a completely different person.

Follow-through is incredibly unlikely and SI becomes massively amplified under starvation, pain, etc.

Your brain and body will be working full gear to motivationally enhance your drive to eat food to an unreal level.

Odds are you end up succumbing to food after doing major damage to your health and comfort.

Should you choose this method regardless, I hope you find peace. But, it's worth being informed on the pain and low reliability of this method. Hanging is generally much less painful and is accessible to most people.

There are also many experience (my own included) where starvation is tortuous.
