Help MIC which quality of SN to choose

Hello, on MIC I see that there are 2 qualities of SN. "Food grade" or "industrial" quality.
I'm just wondering which of these 2 qualities of SN should we choose? Is one better than the other?
If people who know about it or who have already ordered on MIC can answer me, thank you in advance for your help.

Look for anything which is above 98% purity.

Is "MIC" some kind of inside joke? I keep doing various Google searches for SN (spelled out and an advanced search to ignore results with "nitrate") and all I've come across is "Minimum Inhibitory Concentration."

Avoid excluding websites with nitrate as that might accidentally also exclude what you are looking for.

Technically the grade does not matter however there has been a recent question of whether the industrial grade could contain something that might exacerbate upset stomach. If the food grade is at least 95% purity, I would go with that.

How do I know what I have ordered is legit in its potency. Is there a way to test whether it's 98%? Beside the Aquarium test kits? Thanks

You can ask for a COA(certificate of analysis)
