Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hello everyone! :)

I am trying to find anti emetics for the SN method but it's nearly impossible since my doctor knows that I am suicidal and isn't dumb enough to prescribe me. There is an OTC métopimazine in my country. Would it work? 🤔

It is impossible to completely prevent the risk of vomiting from SN. You can only reduce it, but you'll probably throw up anyway. As far as I know, metoclopramide + ondansetron can suppress the gag reflex very much, but there will be irritation in your stomach and you will still feel sick.

Metopimazine will help, but be prepared that it is not a magic pill for vomiting.
