Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I'm sure a lot of people on here are on ssri. I myself am on three times the FDA recommended dose of one for treatment resistant ocd.

I worry about the interactions with the sn protocol, especially meto. Anyone else worry about this before?

Try getting Dimenhydrinate, it works differently so it won't interact with serotonin effecting meds.

dimenhydrinate won't work for SN, you need some kind of D2 blocker

serotonin syndrome is definitely a real risk but I tolerated 50mg of meto with 100mg of sertraline with no issues

Hmm, I've seen it mentioned and used before in old SN threads, I'll do more research on this tho.

Ya I'm thinking I'll just take the plunge. I was on 100 mg of sertraline (half the recommended max dose) but am now on 60 mg escitalopram (three times the max recommended dose) so I'm kind of concerned. Maybe just don't do the two day program and just do that stat dose so I don't have time for anything disabling enough to not follow the protocol
