My Meto just came in the mail. I want to test it out and see if it will give me crazy side effects or not.

Problem is I don't have any kind of regime for that. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If it's 10mg, chances of you getting any negative long terms effects are extremely low (and any short term effects should only last for about one day). I would just try one for one day and see how it goes from there. Then you can worry about the regimen you should follow.

I tried 10 mg first on day, and then i took all my bravery and took 30mg. Still alive unfortunatly;) but no guarantee.

Always test it, I tried my AE whilst drunk as I thought maybe get on the bus at the time. With the alcohol I fell asleep haha. You might enjoy the trip at least
