Methods that look like an Accident?

If I find a method that looks like I died accidently (not accidental overdose), by natural causes, I'm going before the end of this year.

Only reason I wish to carry on is I have family to consider.

I think drowning could be one that looks accidental that's the only one I could think of, either that or falling from a high distance
