Help method ctb ideas

Hey guys. I just want to ask a question. Do you guys have any ideas for a CTB methods that is quick to do and that is relativity easy to get?

Deciding on any potential method just depends on what people can access, sadly suicide just isn't easy as we exist in this society where it's purposely made as inaccessible as possible but there is a suicide resource compilation section with information about methods. I wish you the best.
