The purity should be written in the product description on the website you bought it from. If not, it should be written on the bottle's label. Note that, to help stop the banning of SN, it is advisable to remove the label on the bottle, so when it is found, nobody knows what was inside.

Lostallhope website says the MLD - minimum lethal dose of Methadone Hydrochloride (brand name Dolophin) is 19 pills x 5mg. Now, since your methadone is probably mixed, it is unknown how much you would need.

DXM, MXE, Cocaine, GHB, GBL, GHB, benzodiazepines, alcohol, tramadol and ketamine all make methadone stronger when taken with it.

However, I would advise you against using Methadone, because we have no reliable info on how to ctb using it. We don't know the correct dosage - 350mg could not be enough to die. I would say, try SN. We have a megathread here, with some 250 pages of opinions, experiences etc.

As for methadone, if you are set on using it, I'd say definitely take one of the above-mentioned drugs I said. They act as potentiators - they have a dangerous interaction with methadone because they make its effects stronger and carry a risk of death. This carries a bigger chance of success.

Yes, I mean any of them.
Potentiating (taking methadone with) any of them will be worth it. Just like heroin+alcohol is much more dangerous than heroin alone. My apologies, I didn't realize methadone was an opioid, oof..

The dosage is entirely up to you. Minimum quantity is not optimal, you know. Optimal quantity could be many times higher, but you convinced me that you have read up on it and know what you are doing.

All my opiate ODs were not painful, the only thing I felt was slight twitching and heart racing and kinda forgetting to breathe. It was like a very deep, numb sleep. I wouldnr use that though, purity issues and overall unreliable.

I snort them or wash them down with alcohol. Too pussy to ever IV anything, even if I wanted to wouldnt be able to figure it out. I experimented with the weaker stuff, the prescription pain pills. I never took enough to go into a coma or anything, just enough to feel that numb, locked in my body and cant move feeling. Tongue would go numb and fall into my mouth so I learnt recovery position. On my biggest OD I had something like an orgasm but without touching myself and without thinking anything sexual and it wasnt good, it made me feel upset more than anything, like nerves misfiring or something. And then started getting serious about taking enough shit to not wake up but tolerance happened so gave up


Edit: muscle popping doesnt hit as good as in the vein and can cause infections

Yes, this is a showing example of very good accuracy as to what happens when yod OD. Pills like Tramadol have a very low fatality rate. Indeed it looks like those nerves misfiring could bring permanent damage, not sure what exactly happened, but risking your nerve system wans't worth it.

Hitting a muscle (which usually happens when missing a vein) can cause big, red, blotches of blood accumulating there and hurts a lot from what I hear. At least what I read on Erowid's experience vault, under heroin and failed IV attempts.

How did you not freak out and knew what to do for a recovery when you were in pain is beyond me.

I wasnt in pain. The whole point of this was that I didnt feel pain. The first time I took too much my girlfriend put me in that position. Then I learnt it myself and would do it at first signs of OD. Then stopped caring and stopped doing it. Like I said I never took so much that I went completely unconscious with no way to do anything, just the forgetting to breathe feeling. And my hands would get numb and into weird position. What would you say about recrearional methadone? Have you tried? I expect it to be halfway as good as a heroin high with a much better benefit - less addiction potential.

Well, from what I read, most people store them in a cupboard. It is best up to about 4 weeks after opening, so if you haven't opened yours, it's ok.

Just to be clear I think you may have been confused by the term meth when uying you "street meth". Having a crystal indicates methamphetamine not methadone which either comes in pill or liquid form. Never crystal. Also rarely available on the street but when it is you don't buy it in grams.

It seems like the poster named @nevinoven also made the same mix up as they suggested they were buying 3g of it. It isn't sold in grams.

Also, regarding how long you can store it for. Its years. Trust me. I have had liquid methadone in the cupboard for years myself before using it and it was still fine when I did. Of course, if what you have is a crystal then we're talking about different substances.
