As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.
But what was the context of you saying it the first time? i am just curious. I am not particularly stuck up about these things, so no judgment from me.
My apologies, we where on the phone after having already been talking for a few hours and If my memory serves me right we where talking about a combination of hiphop music and racial politics briefly; I decided to make a joke saying "Whats up N" as a reference to the culture. The other two times it was because she told me that she found it exciting and wanted me to say it again. I admit the joke was of poor taste and I have and still do apologize.
You did nothing wrong, imo, and you apologized. But like I said, I am more relaxed about this stuff than most people. Interracial relationships are tough, though, especially nowadays when people neurotically obsess about race and oppression all the time.
I would like to put emphasis that we where never a relationship, we both agreed that we should take a lot of time to get to know each other before considering going that far. I should not have even participated to begin with and admittedly I should have been more open with my communication as I was unaware of how she was feeling so this much I am willing to take blame for.
That was not my experience. They usually respond or take action the same day when I contact them.
