Venting mental illness and age regression

anyone else feel like they are age regressing due to poor mental health?
i am currently getting back into:
anime
video games
suicidal ideation/ self harm
pornography
spending as much time as possible on the internet
music i liked when i was in middle school
i haven't felt this way since i was 13....does anyone else relate?

Never got out of it. 13 seems about right. Kinda stuck in my teens. From responsible child to irresponsible adult. No progress.

yeah i'm definitely stunted in a lot of ways, fell into addiction in my late teens and managed to crawl back out but now i'm backsliding into old habits (haven't relapsed on my drug of choice though). so in other words i thought i was doing okay and making progress but now i'm not so sure anymore. i think battling addiction took everything out of me and now i have nothing left to give, and no will to keep living. i just want to hole up in my room and distract myself, or die.
