Mhhh. I felt mentally older than most of my peers up until 20. That was probably because I wasn't all that interested in social things, maybe had less of a puberty, I don't know. Now it seems they are all figuring out how to be a responsible adult and my lack of experience becomes more and more evident, so from here on out I guess it'll be arrested development and I'll be stuck at 20.

Im 33 but when talking to others I often feel a child aged maybe like 6

I feel like a teenager at best.... I have a lot of trouble talking about complex subjects with people, even when I've read or studied it. I forget a lot of the details and the right words can't come to me.

12, but because I feel like I am 10 years behind in development in many areas, not because I'm similar mentally to the typical modern 12-year-old.

is there really a such thing as feeling an age? When I was a kid I never thought of myself as one just as me. I always feel like me even though my body ages. You got to remind yourself sometime on what "age" you are because sometimes you "forget". Sometimes I think to a certain extent age is a social construct
