Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Let me start this with saying i am not (that) stupid- I know I can't kill myself with melatonin. Or that statistically it's very improbable. But I really just want to sleep for a while. So- I'm gonna take a whole bottle of extra-strength melatonin. And hey, if something DOES go wrong and my body is finally shot from all the other substances I've tried to OD on, then that's just a plus. I'm hoping to get a solid 24 hours of sleep. I prefer being asleep over being awake- I'm sure many of you can relate. So nighty-night.

I took 15 pills of it once when I was drunk and it did nothing, didn't even get tierd for the next 8 hours.

Melatonin doesn't even have sufficient evidence as sleep aid. It helps you reset your sleep pattern (so pretty helpful if you're in a different time zone or work swing shift, for example) but it usually doesn't knock people out (works for some, but more likely placebo effect). Benadryl might be more useful, but I wouldn't try to OD on it cause it's not very effective or pleasant.

I hope that it at least allows you to sleep more, in this horrible existence sleeping certainly is the best way to pass the time, it's the closest thing to being completely unaware of everything after all, it's certainly understandable just wanting to sleep more as it's tiring and dreadful being awake. But anyway I wish you the best with your plans.
