In the co method they use high amount of Clonazepam to not feel anything. Any equivalent in the SN method?

Enough diazepam?
Could anyone tell me if 100mg of diazepam would be enough for the sn method? Also how long would it take for it to start effect?

I'm having same dilemma, in doing 48 hour regime, it's still long enough time that in between you can get nervous. I am thinking of taking normal dosage of 0.5 mg of Xanax in the morning of each of the two days, before my 3 x 0.5 mg about 40 min before the SN time. For me it doesn't make me fall asleep, but might not be the case for you, but that's what I plan to do to relax myself about thisSimilar threads
