Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

stan said to use 20 grams of SN in 50 ml of water. that's about a tablespoon and a half of SN and 1/4 cup of water, correct? that's what google said. 1/4 cup of water seems like very little, seems like i could drink it all in one gulp.
I'm not entirely sure myself but I think that's the point. You want as little water as possible while the SN is still able to dissolve in the water. Less water means more certain death.

oh okay. do you also know why they say if you fast longer than 8 hours it defeats the purpose? i know the fasting is so that more SN is absorbed into your blood but i'm also doing it to make sure i don't throw up any food.

Don't know the exact reason myself but I think you want to be comfortable enough to do it which is why it's recommended you know your own body and do it when you feel your stomach is completely empty. 8 hours isn't exact it could be less depending on you.

However, for SN, you would *not* do the step where you eat something light after completing the fast, 1 hour before taking the SN. For SN you want an empty stomach.
