Hi, hope everyone is some what surviving tonight. Just need to vent! Does anyone else feel like they are living to make others happy? Like, I can't get a break at work or at home. Husband makes me feel like I'm insane and now work are making me feel the same. I can't get away! I'm I just bat shit crazy out here! When people say if you're the only one feeling it, you must be the one in the wrong! I just feel that everyone would be better without me. No one is on my side…I feel so alone. I've imagined me CBT so many times… tired OD last September… fail! Just don't want to feel alone no more !! Sorry if I've contradicted myself.
