i've got da perfect plan to the days that will be leading up to my cbt (or attempt if i fail)

>start the day a little energetic than usual
>start caring more for my family, talking to them, being a little bright around them
>mayb planning 2 eat my favorite food b4 cbt i guess..
>avoid asking morbid questions - just spend my last days on earth the best i can!!!

anything else i can add?? Open to suggestions
