Me and my boyfriend have to be apart

Now my boyfriend got sent the psych ward one day after we got together it was a confusing time especially with our state distance. We got back together and decided to just count it as time together. He got grounded he sent me an email saying he didn't know if we were gonna be able to talk. He eventually was able to use his friends phone for a few minutes every other day. (Highlights of my day) hes the love if my life, but with summer approaching if he doesn't get his phone back we have no means of communication, and his friend is moving away so next year we wont even be able to talk after summer. He graduates after a bit me and it's actually destroying me. We had a serious talk about it because god i love him but being away for so long hurts me. I don't want anyone else i wanna get married and start a family. I just feel grief. I just want something to go right
