• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Short rant from a very new member.

I've never seen a happy marriage and the fairytales I've heard of them never materialize in real life. The only reason why marriages were once happy was because women were denied the right to divorce, and I, believe it or not, don't want to deprive women of their rights just so I can fulfill my virgin fantasies.

I have no idea why any zoomer would want to get married.

not big on the legal bindings of marriage and expectation of forever soulmates but i like abusing the perception of marriage by wearing a ring and getting respect for no reason other than i am supposedly "married". theres a lot of unsaid privilege being in a relationship gives you financially and societally. i don't agree with it, and i think taking the relationship = worth personally/as gospel is a driver behind a lot of social issues which reinforces itself into truth, but yea.

for example if i got married rn, i could be more eligible for benefits than someone single and my age.

I'm an idealist at heart. A romantic. Hopeless. I can't help it.

But the world doesn't work like that. Most people don't feel the same way that I do. Just one of the many reasons I want to commit suicide.

yea earlier in my life it was crazy what rearranging polyester and wearing my mother's old ring did. its pretty superficial though. still get hit on by dudes if you're a girl. socially it enables you to participate in locker talk. so people at work hate me like 20% less because they can relate so they feel less threatened where as before it was brutal being excluded from most convos. ill start to pretend to like pets and aspire to have children, be on some kinda diet too (but always end up eating chocolate if someone else is).

i feel like as a dude the only thing preventing me from being bullied and excluded atm is that they think i'm in a relationship. feels like a test too like i have answers for what i did on the weekend or what i do with my time bc ppl always testing how functional and superficially interesting i am. why someone is there to judge me for what i do outside of work hours esp after work is beyond me but apparently i'm totally out playing pickleball.

i've had people become pretty upset too if i didnt watch the same movies as them so apparently i've just watched everything they have. but so long ago i couldn't remember because apparently i watch so many mainstream movies. all this so the workday goes faster. ironically the few "good optics" things i do i don't like sharing because then i feel like a pretencious prick looking for praise and its not like i volunteer for that, i just find it fun and i get to learn and talk to new people. i'm not a good person if you base the definition on the "inner self".

I need to start doing this.
