Hello my beautiful souls. After making a final attempt at getting on good terms with my family and having it end terribly, I've started getting ready to make my exit later this year. I've been eyeing two methods for a while, SN and Exit Bags. I have a few questions about both.

For exit bags, I've seen a few different methods but I'm confused. One says you need helium in a hose but the other says you can make some sort of concoction and leave it sitting in the bag with your head. Is this true?

For SN, has anyone attempted with this and felt scared? I know anxiety and a high heart rate would be expected but I fear I would see my skin changing colour and freak the fuck out lol.

Forget helium...they have put oxygen in it so it doesn't work...nitrogen works. People found out individuals were going to party stores to buy it for cbt and they altered it so it won't work.

SN can be pretty scary, some people say that it lasts 20-30 minutes until reaching unconsciousness. In the meantime, there can be some nasty things that happened to the body, so if you are an anxious person your SI can ruin your attempt. Please, consider N rather than SN, from what people say, N is a more peaceful method.

Is N legal? Or is it something I'd have to get from an onion site? Would I get arrested for it?

The problem is that's illegal and indeed, you can get arrested for it. This is why I haven't ordered it yet, even though it would be a perfect method for me - painless and peacful.

Same here.. at least I can buy nitrogen for "preserving dry food" in 5 gallon containers and not get arrested for it.

As for OP, you might be thinking of an exit bag with inert gas, and the other one being just a simple plastic bag with sleeping pills?

Thanks for the info! ....nitrogen will not cause the choking feeling..that is why I chose it. I already have 40 cft cylinder of nitro. Your input is important because if my nitro is used I will search 100% helium

The other one I believe was something involving citric acid or baking soda or something and having it ferment in the bag. Would check but I'm at work rn.

About nitrogen, I've been reading as much as possible about it and the purity is important. Some is mixed with air apparently. I'm not sure how to get pure nitrogen.

You just find a seller that sells pure nitrogen, there's not much else to it. On their site they should have a spec sheet about the gas they are selling, all inert gasses have purity grades. (there will always be some oxygen in there, talking like 0.5 to 5 ppm depending on the purity grade) No supplier is going to put 21% oxygen in their cylinders because they'd just fuck over their legitimate customers. There's also mixed cylinders with more oxygen but you don't want those.

Indeed. Welding stores are a great starting point, they will gladly help. If the one near you doesn't sell any gas they will for sure know of a place that does.

Hi, sorry stuff with your family couldn't go well. I have attempted neither, but plan on leaving with SN. I don't recall how long it takes for your body to turn partially blue, but you could use socks and gloves to avoid seeing it or lay down with a comforter or blanket around you. Beta blockers can be used for high heart rate, I take some of my moms to sell plasma because you can't if you get nervous and have a high heart rate. They don't really do much to stop anxiety in itself other than just noticing physical side effects from it. With SN one of the side effects can be rapid heart rate so that can help with that. If you're already have or getting the proper antiemetics adding into beta blockers will be helpful.

N is a method used in clinics and the like for end of life. The email is contained in the PPH. It's around 450 USD for one bottle, that is not really affordable for me so YMV. I'm not really educated on nitrogen or helium, so no help there. I remember looking at a nitrogen canister and it was around 230 usd just for it -- if what I was looking at wasn't just a massive overcharge I'd look into N instead of a welding company like previously mentioned.

They are not interested in putting a person who wants to die by suicide in prison seemingly. If it is seized, you'll likely get a customs love letter. Best wishes for whatever choice you make. The beta blocker I take for plasma is metoprolol. Others should be fine, not really educated on them though.

It's a shame family would contribute to something like this, but I understand that's how things go sometimes.

If you think you would be panic, I suggest to lie down on bed and try to not look to your hands. (This is how I pretend to go)
Also, as a bonus, if you're on feet (stand), you can fall on the ground when get unconsciousness and some of your family/friends could hear it and call 911.. (this happened a lot with SN users)

Well, I don't have a bed. Plus the garage floor is really hard so if I fall out of my chair it probably wouldn't make a sound on the concrete itself.

Some people use benzo in combination with SN to make the process a little easier. I don't think people freak out, but there can be some discomfort especially due to the rapid heart rate.
