Machete vs. SN

I've been reading about SN, and it seems like you need a lot and to do a lot in order to actually kill yourself with it. Anti-emitics are hard to come by and aren't available over the counter. However, you could just buy a machete or a big knife from a place like Wal-Mart or whatever and stab yourself in the heart with it. That would seem like an easier way to do it. Does anyone know anything about death by machete or big knife? Thanks in advance.

Want an honest response? I think you're kidding yourself if you think that would be easier. It may be easier to get it, but, IMO, nothing easier about doing what you describe. Without knowing anything specific about this as a method. all I can say is that it would be difficult, and extremely gruesome., quite frankly. Don't forget about SI. It would be easier to slice your throat, and I don't think that would be easy, either. Just my 2 cents. Others, I'm sure, will chime in to.

Machetes are not made for piercing so that's a bad start right there. I'd think a spear ish object would be better? Either way definitely not easier. You probably need a decent amount of strength to get there and good luck hitting the target stabbing yourself. This is so likely to go wrong...

If you can stomach the idea of stabbing your heart then there's probably other not so peaceful methods that are more reliable and still less violent.

Hey, I take it you have researched it, at least I hope you have, and if it's right for you, I think that's all that matters. If you actually go forward with it, I guess we will all know. Just not a method for me. I haven't ruled any method out, thus far, but I must say, after hearing this one, that this one is not even under consideration, so I guess I have one, now, ruled out. And, BTW, I do understand about the Japanese doing, basically, this same thing. Maybe it was in their gut, I don't remember. Still have to deal with SI, no getting around it. I read a report where someone shot themselves in the chest with a crossbow and he still had to reload to finish the job with a 2nd shot. It would be very painful.

Second glass is a one way to go. If youre not found, you ctb for sure.

You 'can' kill yourself with a machete but it would be painful and you'd just chicken out.

Jumping would be a much better choice then machete. It omly takes 1 s.

I would not choose either option. Cutting because you've got to cut deep and be on point plus watching the blood pour from your body until you lose consciousness. Also, the above about machetes

Guys SN or N are the easiest way to go, SN being the cheaper option

Saying that it's easy to do does not make it easy to do. Not to mention that it's an excruciatingly painful death.
