Funny how there are people who just impulsively throw themselves from the 4th floor of their apartment and succeed and most of us spend months researching methods and still get the anxiety that it won't work
EXACTLY!!!! ITS SO UNFAIR!!!Funny how there are people who just impulsively throw themselves from the 4th floor of their apartment and succeed and most of us spend months researching methods and still get the anxiety that it won't work
Exactly don't think reactMaybe that's the key is to just "do it" as throwaway123 is saying. It's easier said than done, though. I wish I didn't keep thinking that I'll fail. Am I not suffering enough? how much more do I have to suffer if so? just why...
My idea was to overdose on something that will give me excruciating pain which will push me to finally hang myselfNot sure about "lucky" people when it comes to cbt.
If your pain becomes utterly unbearable, so that you know you cannot go on anymore under any circumstances, then you will end it, regardless of train drivers, family, is the method painful or not etc.
A friend of mine did exactly that: she walked out of the house and threw herself in front of a train. There was nothing stopping her anymore.
Death by train had become preferable for her to continue living.
As long as the situation is not at that stage many other considerations will slow down or stop that process.
I'm 18 not 13 thoughAnd what about people who accidentally die from auto-erotic asphyxiation while people on this forum are like "OMG I can't pass out" ^_^
Overthinking is the worst thing, we sit there researching and analyzing methods and all the risks, meanwhile some clueless 13 y/o decides to fap while strangling himself with a belt and dies...
I don't think they're referring to youI'm 18 not 13 though
Oh, sorry... sometimes it feels like I've had a sense of humour transplantI was just joking
