I know it's probably a silly thing to worry about, but my SC score has always been lower than my peers (103k). I'm really self conscious about it and I even tried starting a petition to remove it entirely. It is one of the many small things that grow into a huge issue and thus make me want to ctb.

Word of advice: delete Snapchat. Delete all social media. You'll feel a tad better.

That snapchat score is just a way for the company to keep you hooked on the app. It says nothing about you.
You might benefit from reducing or cutting out social media entirely. I have noticed that I feel a lot worse when I scroll through instagram, not using it makes my miserable life slightly less miserable.

The Snapchat score is just however many snaps you send plus how many you get. I've had Snapchat for 5 years and it's my main chat app. I use it more than texting, and my score is only 9,267. It's not an important number.

i know how you feel in a really weird way lol. a lot of my friends have scores of 50k +. it's insane. it's less the score and more just that it makes you feel like no one wants to talk to you, right?
honestly, just try not to focus on it. take deep breaths. maybe even just delete the app. what do you use it for? why is your number low? how many years? these are also things to consider too.

This is one of the reasons social media is garbage. It's all arbitrary nonsense that adds up to literally nothing. Except profits. But not for you >:(

Most people that have a high Snapchat score are people that solely use the app to talk and send pictures. I've had Snapchat since it came out and I always used it as my main communication app because for some reason it's 2021 and you can't send a video without it being a burry pixel mess unless you're using iMessage on iPhone.
My Snapchat score is close to 400k but ever since switching to an iPhone in March of 2019, I think I may have gotten 100 more "points".
But really, snap score is irrelevant, didn't even know it existed until like 6 years into having it. The only time I've ever really heard about Snapchat scores is that a lot of guys won't talk to girls that super high scores because they assume "they're whores"

Perhaps they don't know how much pain are these silly things inflicting into people, specially younger ones. I think they do it all for profit obviously, without giving a flying fuck about it.
