Venting Losing my distraction

It's come to my attention that I never really was getting better in the first place, I was just distracted by too many things to really focus on what's going on with myself, I put myself in a position where I was someone people could easily talk to about what's going on with them. But after getting myself out of the position and no longer having to deal with other people's problems, I now have nothing distracting me from my own thoughts. My mental health has never been good but I never thought I could get this low with it. I can't wait for the fourth.

I know exactly what you speak of, it certainly is Rough to say the least. Sorry you are dealing with this and I hope things can get better for you, if even just a Little. Take care of yourself.

I can't wait for the 4th either! I'm excited, Yet extremely nervous and sad.
