Venting Losing my damn mind

This night I thought I heard screaming outside.
I freaked out, grabbed a knife and called my boyfriend.
I have no clue what I really heard, but I thought someone was going to crawl into my window.
So I got the knife.
I woke up my boyfriend and he tried to calm me down. I cried, screamed at him and was completely trembling.
Eventually he managed to make me calm down.

I'm becoming very unstable. I might just be hearing things now, hallucinating.

I understand, I also struggled with hallucinations at some point. Just know it's not your fault. I hope you can get the treatment for this soon <3
