I've been looking at gun laws in my state. Getting a gun legally is very hard. There seems to be an exception for shot guns though. No need to get a license like I would with anything semi automatic.

I don't see the logic in any of these laws, but a shotgun would be a good option because the likely hood of failing would be extremely low. It would also be super messy which I'm not a fan of. I figure I should walk into the woods and do it there. Let nature clean it up. I'd hate for my family to have to clean up my room, or car.

I didn't realize it was that difficult. I did look at guns years ago but I didn't try to get one.
I was too nervous and felt like they knew what I wanted it for.

My fsther has a mossberg590 it uses a 12 gauge buckshot so the chances if my surviving shoulddd be low

Agree on the mess. And the natural cleanup idea. Giving back to nature. . But practice with it so you understand how it works.

Okay. But I would like to see my brain torn to pieces and scattered in a thousand directions. But it is already satisfying enough to know that you can do it, that you have the power to devastate the suffering contained in the brain in less than a second. It's a sense of omnipotence that no method can give you. With one blow you blow up the pain of a lifetime and destroy it forever. THE PAIN WILL NEVER BE BORN AGAIN. The rifle is the power of God! A rifle is equally as effective as a shotgun, and also as easy to purchase, if you get a bolt action.

But shotguns are way cheaper. You can get a new shotgun from Palmetto for around $100-$150. Total with tax and FFL fees should be right around $200.

I had looked into this as well and shotguns are easier to get. What bothers me is making sure l don't get found by one of the few people who care about me.
