Looking to ctb on Levomepromazine

Hey fellas,

Please I'm looking to ctb on Levomepromazine (psychotic sleeping pills) and I need to know if it's safe and quick, I mean if it won't cause me any injury or leave me struggle with any side effects like blindness, renal, mental or liver failure. I'm desperately looking for help and I need you guys to tell me what should I do?

I have asked Chat GPT about it and it said that taking a high overdose of it is highly fatal and killing but I don't know how much pills I should take mostly I'm afraid my body comes resilient to death which would be so much painful.

I mean technically you can die from overdosing on paracetamol, but I'd never recommend that because it'll take 2 weeks of extreme pain before finally passing away from liver failure. The 3 I've listed above will give you the most peaceful deaths you can get from overdosing orally. So why risk it with a drug that has no known lethal dose when more peaceful alternatives (that have had more extensive research done on them) exist?

Oh wait you was talking about the substances I mentioned? I apologize I thought you was still referring to Levomepromazine.

1) For Pentobarbital and Phenobarbital, the average fatal OD is 10g, but it's better to go higher. The most I've ever heard of someone surviving a Pheno OD is 16g, so going for 17g with either should be a safe number.
2) Because of the massive range of potency between the wide variety of opioids, I can't give you an average number. Carfentanil and Fentanyl are among the most potent of opioids but they're very difficult to get a hold of (Carfentanil more so). Nitazenes are probably the next most potent opioids that you may have an easier time getting your hands on. I can't give a surefire number, but if you have no previous opioid tolerance built up, I imagine 1g of Isotonitazene would be enough to CTB? (Always better to go higher if you're unsure.)
3) It depends on your body weight, I know a graph has been posted somewhere around here, but most people tend to go with 25g. It's also recommend to make a second as well as a third glass if you can just in case if you vomit even after taking an antiemetic.

Anti psychotics tend to have large therapeutic index which means you need to take much more than the effective dose of the drug to reach toxicity and fatality. Barbiturates and opiates have narrow therapeutic index ( low dosage can reach toxic level ) thus it's recommended to ctb with these drugs as shadowlord mentioned.

If you can't accurately measure how much SN to use with say scales, then yes it would be safer to go with 5 teaspoons with 60ml of water. (Me personally I wouldn't risk it with spoon measurements, I'd always be using weighing scales to make sure I got the right amount. '^_^ XD)

I dunno how much difference 3g will make, but if you have no means of accurately measuring how much SN to use to the gram, then it's better to use a little too much than to not use enough.

2) Buy it off the dark net. I've seen a few vendors selling it, but they're not very reputable vendors that have little to no orders so there's a good chance it's a scam.

Sadly also difficult to get a hold of since almost all if not all dark net markets have banned the selling of fentanyl or lacing of fentanyl in other products due to all the accidental deaths they kept getting. A few vendors might still be cheeky and try sneaking in fentanyl in their products, you'd be taking a gamble trying to find fentanyl that way. It's better to search for Isotonitazene instead. It's slightly more potent than fentanyl and I've even found it in a few places on the dark net.
