I recently got into swinging have you thought about doing that? I have a lot of sexual trauma which I'm working through so now I do things on my terms. I have all the power and control. I choose who I want, set boundaries and there's no emotional attachments. As someone who managed to hook-up on Grindr without dying, here's some tips; trust is key, so always cherry pick those who you end up meeting with, if they start by sending a nude, do not engage, if via text they don't care about consent, it'll be worse on person. Be confident, ask for sexual past, aids, and never go to their houses for the first meeting, it's better to have a short date where you stablish everything, see if you're comfortable, and then plan the actual thing.
