• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

For context, I'm in the process of re-admitting myself to my old university; they stated that the requirements for re-enrollment are non-negotiable, and I'm missing approximately two documents. My current university is in the process of finding those remaining documents and said that they'll contact me once they find them. In the meantime, I have no other option but to wait it out, and it's stressing me out. I can't help but catastrophize and think that maybe I won't be able to re-enroll again. I'm always struggling to find healthy ways to cope with the stress, especially since these last few months haven't been so good to me. I would really appreciate any tips/advice/or healthy coping techniques, or any healthy way to get my mind off the fact that all I can do is wait and hope for the best. TYIA!!!

Seeing only one possible future can place extraordinary pressure on one.

It might be a useful exercise to consider other possible futures. If you can see yourself managing in alternative scenarios, it can take a little of the pressure off the one causing your anxiety

If you can picture yourself as a writer, welder, potter, mechanic, technician, or jewelry maker, you might not find a career but you could discover a hobby.
