Hi, I am on and off medication and medication do immensely help me, I could use some chat with a person who is using meds (escitalopram / xanax), Thanks

I was on Escitalopram, first 5mg, then 10mg and at the end 20mg. I cut it off about 1 1/2 months ago. Used Xanax daily. Now just every other day. If you have any question, just ask
