Help Looking for compact high purity helium or nitrogen in the UK.

Hi everybody. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend where I can buy high purity helium or nitrogen in the UK. It would need to be quite compact as my physical strength and pain would make it difficult for me to carry a large canister. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I could be wrong, but I'm sure there's certain restrictions in place preventing us getting the compact versions for this reason

Ugh, that really fucking sucks. I just want my pain to end but this stupid country doesn't allow us easy, peaceful deaths. I'll have to find a way to manage with a large tank.

yep, it took me 2-3years off scouring through any published medical reports of what was used most etc etc everytime I came across one, I'd go to try source it and it'd be too late. They are pretty quick at regulating ctb, anything that'll actually help change the world and society? Hmmm if we can tax it we will- every government.
I came across inert gas a while back, kept it back of mind and thought easy, I've got my way, then realised later on I rather couldn't source it or I hadn't anyway of knowing purity was right for me. I came across the pph-then Reddit & reddits how I found here.
