Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

My point sort of remains the same. I'm not sure if there is a significant amount of information updated to make it worthwhile digitizing the whole book. Including changes made from PPH DEC 2019 and PPH JAN 2020 would be worthwhile in a forum post.
