• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

my mental health was always a low accompanied by some 4-5 day lasting very lows, but I've been in the very low for 4 months now. I always tell myself it's not that bad but truth is I can't do much anymore without my thoughts eating me up all the time. I just want to know why i couldn't stay with my "normal" mental cycles. has anyone ever experienced this change? will it go back to normal?

Thee was a video Steven Fry did about bipolar that had a woman in England describe how her bipolar became manageable with using fish oil supplements (Omega 3). Sometimes diet and nutrition can have an effect. This might be worth experimenting with.

Sometimes sleep schedule, exercise, and even general activity level can have ab effect. These also might be worth experimenting to see if anything can be discovered that can help manage things.
