Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

most ridiculous thing i read in a long time. laws of which country allow that? Can you get in touch with any patients' rights advocate or a psych from outside the hospital, any mental health specialist and get them to advocate this absurd case of forced lockup?

UK- if you're on a section 3 they review once a year and can extend it for another year at a time. I don't think advocates would help as I'm too desperate for everything to end

Wow, I am shocked... I don't know what else you can do? Except try to get a lawyer, or get in touch with mindfreedom or something, as I said?

I'm in a psychiatric hospital, have been for over 6 years and there's no sign of me getting out. I've tried all the medication, therapies, coping strategies etc offered to me and nothing helps. I have no hope of ever getting better.

I have 2 staff with me 24/7 within arms reach and no privacy in the bathroom. I cannot leave the hospital and all packages I receive have to be opened in front of someone. I can have visitors but I am watched through a door. I also will not be discharged for an unbearably long time, if ever and, even then, I'll still have all the same rules.

Is there any way I can realistically end my suffering?

I am in the UK if that helps.

Thank you
I've heard a story where someone choked intentionally on food, tho am surprised that it got as far as death https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-south-yorkshire-68277437
tho it is painful and ofc not guaranteed, hopefully u get out of that place
