Method lithium and/or lamotrigine OD?

hey!! i just got prescribed lithium by my shrink and i wanted to know if any of you have ever tried that method. from what i can see it can be pretty effective, but i'd like to hear from some first-hand experience of what happens when it doesn't work

edit: actually, i also have a shit-ton of lamotrigine that i've been stockpiling so i'll take the opportunity to ask about that method as well, same as the lithium

Overdoses are never reliable, so be prepared to wake up in the hospital.

I believe a few people here have tried it and were fine after a stay at the hospital.
