Hi, I would appreciate any insight. Does it matter if I consume liquid meto instead of meto pills? If it's ok, would taking 10 g of meto (pill) and 10 ml (of meto) be equivalent? Sorry if it's a stupid question, just making sure.
If you meant 10mg, then usually yeah. The pills come in strengths of 5mg or 10mg. To know if 10ml of liquid is equivalent to a 10mg pill you need to check what kind of solution it is but most commonly you get 5mg/5ml.
