Weird metaphor, but that's how I've been feeling recently. You know how when someone has entered a vegetative state, and they're basically beyond any hope, but family members just won't let them go? I feel like I'm imposing that on myself. Like I'm just sticking around for a few people, but unable to engage in the pleasantries of life.
