Been trying ligature strangulation for about two hours a night this week. I leave it on for several minutes but don't pass out. Umm. Has this happened to anybody else? Each time I release and loosen the tourniquette, I feel an extreme rush of cold blood all throughout my head. This time it is taking longer for that feeling to dissipate.
