The more I age the more life becomes like a cursed dream that I want to leave!

I worked hard to create a future. Ultimately, things got hard but managed to adapt and bounced back. Yet the country I live in seems determined to crush me financially.

I always thought there'd be more time, but time is running out for me. Opportunities are drying up in the US for people like me and I am too old and unprepared for what comes next.

Yeah I am becoming more mean and rotten as I age. I really should have died at 12 before everything went sideways.

This is how I feel. I'm losing a job due to acquisition and i needed maybe 8 more years. So I feel like i should ctb and leave money to family, rather than trying to draw on it myself.

I am both sad and angry that you need to consider suicide to help your family. No man should have to do that. It's unthinkable but sadly, this may be the decision that many men make as the US implodes on itself.
