I feel the same way, detached from my own personhood and from the world around me. I don't know if it's a DPDR situation, or if the feeling is normal with depression, or even just kinda normal nowadays full stop--I could see how being online so much could inspire a sense of unreality. We do live in a simulation, all of us, it's inside our heads. The brain makes internal models of external conditions for navigational purposes. Those models are simulations which we take to be real, because they work. Regarding the fantasy that only you exist and we're just projections from your imagination, it is called solipsism and it is common in children and teenagers, rare in adults. Clearly it is a neurological developmental maturation issue and if you're no longer a child yet still think existence is only you and the rest of us are projections of your imagination,
