Hi,

I'm aware I posted in late august a goodbye, my attempt failed. but thats not especially important.

im going to be working on a project (website, eventually maybe book) about how i believe the mental health system is incredibly toxic and making people sicker.

im going to be talking about how i believe conventional therapy, recovery groups, etc… are flawed and ineffective to serious and the majority of cases.

id love to hear more first hand experiences with the system or standard therapy, psych wards, etc. to add to my writing.

Telling a mental health professional you are suicidal, and to them, that means you're not suicidal, because a suicidal person wouldn't say that.... apparently.
