Just a few questions specific to full suspension hanging:
1) is it advisable to take something for SI? Right now, I have Xanax but I'm sure I could procure something else if anyone knows of something better.
2) is it possible to, in essence, make yourself pass out before you even step off the chair so you avoid all possible discomfort?
3) even if it's totally bogus and doesn't work, i'd be eternally grateful to anyone who can explain the "metal ring" trick to me lol.
