I wish to make my ctb look like a natural death. To do so I will need someone to clean up all my equipment after I have ctb'd. I am worried that they will face legal charges if caught. To avoid this I have placed a few measures to protect them. Recently I have been scouring the national penal code to determine what charges an assistant may be potentially liable for. There are a few statutes that loosely intersect with my plan, but by their definitions may not be applicable to my scenario. I just want to clarify that my interpretation is correct. To clarify, here are 3 major examples:

According to the national penal code, abetment of suicide is an offense. But what of activities I entrust to someone after I have already ctb'd? The argument is that if abetment of suicide is an offense, they can't have done it because that act completely fell on my shoulders.

Also there are some statutes regulating false evidence scenarios, but they seem to be applicable to judicial proceedings only. Am I right in believing that false evidence charges can only be pressed if used in a court trials? In other words, a person must first be brought to court and use false evidence there to be charged.

There is another statute about tampering with a dead body to divert criminal investigations. If there are no criminal charges to be pressed does that invalidate this statute?

Are my measures good enough to keep them safe, if not is this even a viable plan?
