To cut a long story short I decided a few years ago to assume esponsibility for my family because my dad walked out and left them high and dry. A lot of the day to day stuff, I would take care of. There is very little in my name that we share so the situation isn't t too muddy. So far I've decided to leave an encrypted USB containing scans of official documents (birth certificate, SSN, Passport, etc.), login information for shared accounts, and a document containing instructions. I was thinking maybe some sort of like notarized consent waiver would be a good idea but I don't know how I'd go about getting one of those or if that would even be worthwile. I'm absolutely open to some feedback. Thanks in advance
