• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've already got a general note started for my dad and siblings. I'm also wondering if I should leave a note for a teacher of mine that I've had for years.

I want to tell him how much he means to me and that I've always seen him as a parental figure (and many others do too). Constantly waiting to slip up and call him "dad". How I wanted to make him proud because I figure that's more likely then getting my mom to love me. That I can't let myself drag down his program any longer when it's starting to finally spread its wings.

I'm too worried about sounding like a creep to tell him in person, but I also don't want to screw him up with emotional baggage.

Should I do it? Write it out and shred it? Post it in r/unsentletters? This whole mess would be easier if there was a definitive black-and-white guide...

Would future email work for what you want to do?
