• Hey Guest,

An update on the OFCOM situation: As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. OFCOM, the UK’s communications regulator, has singled out our community, demanding compliance with their Online Safety Act despite our minimal UK presence. This is a blatant overreach, and they have been sending letters pressuring us to comply with their censorship agenda.

Our platform is already blocked by many UK ISPs, yet they continue their attempts to stifle free speech. Standing up to this kind of regulatory overreach requires lots of resources to maintain our infrastructure and fight back against these unjust demands. If you value our community and want to support us during this time, we would greatly appreciate any and all donations.

I'm hesitant to buy something like 50 refills to make sure I have enough to fill a bag. Maybe it's exaggerated.

I asked ChatGPT anyway and it seems that N2O is much heavier than air, so it tends to go down, this is an important thing to keep in mind.

Thanks for tip

In this case, what do you suggest? Is there something to be cautious of, or avoid?

If I were to practice multiple times, to try to get it right. Will this cause any concern for health damages?
Yes, human organs don't like hypoxia. A great care should be taken if you ever had pneumothorax or heart diseases.
Is there certain limit recommendations, for how many times to try it per hour, or per day, to prevent potential damage?
I don't know about certain limits. 5 - 10 experiments should be enough to figure out how it works. I think, it makes sense to make 10 - 15 minute or longer breaks between them. I never carried out more than 3 tests per day, and I had no any noticeable adverse effects so far.

For treatment of depressive mood, I decided to use at most 3 chargers per session within one day, with intervals of at least one month between the sessions (in order to avoid addiction and B12 deficiency).
For example, if I tried it a few times within 1 hour, or few times in a single day, is that safe?
Some sources claim that producing hypoxia with nitrous is never safe and in rare cases people die because of heart failure. I didn't see any details revealed there though, so maybe that's just fearmongering.
And is it ok to get drunk before doing it? (In case want to, on day of CTB, before the inhaling starts)
I guess, you need to be sober in order to understand the procedure clearly and carry out it properly. Some amount of N2O may be used beforehand for coping with anxiety or stress.

When you need to fill the bag, hold it downwards and when you put it on your head, be quick to seal it before the gas escapes.

You are a great asset to this community

Thanks for your time and contribution. Very very appreciated!!

What's your chosen CTB method by the way??

Sealed plastic bag with N2O. The approximate protocol is described here. Technically, it's more difficult to carry out properly and it may be deemed somewhat less reliable than drowning after sedation by gas asphyxiation, but I'm pretty sure that I can execute any of these methods well.

I'm actually terrified to do drowning, because I'm planning to do it at night, so just getting swept away in some dark, cold, deep river is quite overwhelming thought to overcome

Only reason is because it's pretty fail proof. Just jump in, while there are no people around, and that's pretty much it. Just don't want to risk health damage for other methods if failed

If there are better methods, while also easily accessible and fail proof, I would gladly consider it

Anyways, see this from Google images. Are these pretty tight seal for your method? Or not reliable?

That's not exactly my method, since I'm going to place a plastic bag over the head, while a setup consisting of a face mask and a bag would look like the one described in Case Report 1 from this document

The masks you showed look good enough for achieving sufficient airtightness as long as they fit well. You'd need to test your mask to ensure the absence of leaks, keeping in mind that facial muscles may be affected by convulsive seizures.
