KN without benzos?

I have no way to source benzos, propranolol or zofran and will very likely not have a way to for my protocol. I do have access to benadryl (diphenhydramine), risperidone (dopamine blocking antipsychotic with antiemetic properties), and a medication that lowers blood pressure (prazosin). How much hell should I prepare for? Are there OTC alternatives I should know about?
