I finally found a source (KN) that is legit that delivers to uk it says it's on the way I may need to buy more as I don't think it's enough but when I do it I'm going to update you guys till the end. I'm just so fed up of living with my brain it's torture it really is and the support I have is just not good enough because there's such a lack of funding but I have a way out I can stop everything I will be at peace
