Discussion Killing oneself at the cinema might be a good idea?

I've been thinking of it.

For example with the SN method. You book a movie screening for a film where there aren't many people.
Heck you could even get a nice sofa I mean it's the last day of your life.

You just die, in your movie theater seat without anyone noticing. First people to see you dead are strangers, and maybe they will just believe you're sleeping.

To be it's way better than dying at your place with relatives wondering why you're dead. Or killing yourself at your parents' place if you live there.

I don't know I feel like on the paper it could be the way for me. And in my cinema, you can actually see which seats are taken or not, so you can quite litterally choose the one in which there's no one...

The only con is that if someone notices, emergency can arrive within 5 minutes and get you back to life.

That's a huge con. I'd rather be far away from anyone that could "rescue" me.

Holy shit no. Genuinely, what are you even thinking with this method?
Even if the people next to you think you're just asleep, do you not think something as shocking as someone dying in a movie theater wouldn't make it to local news? then everyone will definitely know you were dead.
Also they're not just gonna keep your corpse there forever, some poor teenage cinema worker is going to realize you're dead and probably end up scarred for life.
No one is going to think it's funny that someone killed themselves at a movie theater. Use your head.

From what I've read about SN, even if someone may not be conscious for it, there are noticeable convulsions and sometimes making noise, and the person turns blue. Again, they may not be feeling anything as this happens, I don't know, but you don't just "quietly fall asleep." It's also something that can be reversed with medical treatment.

Basically you'd convulse, make noise, and start turning blue, they'd call an ambulance, and you'd go to the hospital. It sounds like a shitty experience all around.

If you want to not die, I highly suggest taking sn in the movie theater. I don't think anyone will walk in during the 5 hours it takes to die. But even if someone does walk in, I'm sure they won't smell or hearing you vomitting, or notice your unconsious having convulsions. There's no way anyone will notice that you are actively dying, nope. Definitely not. Plus, it's totally fair that a maybe underage, untrained employee has to get truamatized from discovering your dead corpse! I'm mean, that's basically what they signed up for when they applied.

If you didn't get it, everything I said above is sarcasm. Do not attempt this method. At best, you will get discovered, revived, sent to the hospital and get involuntarily committed. Terrible experience that won't work. There are so many better places to do this.

That's why you take full med list. Benzos, painkillers etc

The full med list doesn't prevent all of that from happening, it just keeps your body from rejecting the SN (as much) and makes it more comfortable. Your body is literally being starved of oxygen over time, it is not quick and you will have physiological responses to that.

but the benzos will make you unconscience. If your that worried about it you can take the benzos before the SN. There are many reports of people who survived SN who dont describe it as bad as you say.

It's not that it's unpleasant for the person going through it, they're passed out. But the noises and movements they make can alert someone to what is going on. There are stories from people on here who have had that happen and were interrupted part of the way through. It's not something that you can expect to do in a room with other people and be undetected.

I'm not doing SN, I'm not interested in it as a method, I'm just pointing out that the idea of doing it in a movie theatre without being interrupted isn't going to work.

super unethical for min wage workers and way easier to interrupt the method. it's not clean either. you'll poop and piss yourself in the seat when you lose control of your bowels and it'll be super gross. you'll vomit too. most employees would be traumatized. the only way to have a successful and ethical sn attempt is to have access to an isolated and closed off room for a few hours.

my friend works at a cinema, she is 19, most of her coworkers are a similar age, they get grossed out when they have to clean up vomit from the floor bc children have eaten too much popcorn than they can handle, imagine how theyd feel going into clean and finding your dead body with sick all over the floor, i get that its nice for you in your final moments, but youre going to be dead, and its going to be obvious that you are, the people who will find you will have to live with that image in their head, theyd also probably have to evacuate the entire cinema

Benzos? Are they easy to get? Is it a sleeping medication? Or useful for sleeping?

SN method will make you puke, snore, theres the "death rattle", benzos dont prevent this, they will just make you unconscious, believe me, if theres even only one person in the room, they will definitely notice.
